Panel 3: List of ways to look busy: Video games (too obvious) (No.) Chat with neighbours (I'm not friends with any of these people) (No.) Go to the prayer room (way too early for that) (No). Get a snack while you think of more options. (check mark).
Panel 4: Maida stands up from her desk and stretches a kink out of her back.
Panel 5: She walks past other stations with her coworkers working.
Panel 6: She walks into the break room, where a white guy with long hair, about her age, is eating a muffin and watching a screen with a news feed.
Panel 7: Maida opens a jar with cookies in it. News feed: "...Many were arrested immediately after landin, but unknown number have escaped into general population. Witout a government to negotiate wit, there's nowhere to deport them to, even if their planets of origin were lyke known."
